WHAT IS THE COLOUR RUN?
The Soweto Spring Colour Run is a 5km and 8km fun run where finishing time means nothing — colour everything. At every kilometre, volunteers blast you with vibrant powder in a different hue. It’s non-competitive, fully inclusive, and bursting with energy and a massive post-race party right in the heart of Jabulani Precinct. Whether you walk, jog, or dance the whole way — you’re going to get coloured.

COLOUR STATIONS
Eight vibrant colour zones line both routes. Volunteers blast you with eco-friendly, skin-safe powder dye. Your white T-shirt won't survive — and that's the point.
5KM & 8KM ROUTES
Both routes are flat, scenic, and beginner-friendly. You don't need to be a runner. You just need to show up.
3 000 RUNNERS
We're capping attendance at 3 000 participants to keep it vibey and manageable. Early registration is strongly encouraged.
